Annual Payments: One payment due on August 1st. Enrollments after August 1st must pay all tuition no later than 10 days after the date of the Enrollment Agreement.
Quarterly Payments: Payment is due on the 1st of the month in July, October, January, April.
Monthly Payments: Payment is made in 10 equal monthly payments from July to April. Payments are due on the first of each month beginning July. Students enrolling after July 10 must pay equal monthly payments of the total tuition, with the final payment due April 30.
Additional Fees
Late payment Fee: A Late Payment Fee of $30.00 will be assessed for payments received in the Business Office after the 15th of each month.
New student Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of $125 per student must accompany all New Student Applications. Applications for Financial Aide are to be submitted with the completed Enrollment Application and Registration Fee. If after the review of the Financial Aide request determination is made that assistance is unable to be granted preventing the enrollment process from continuing, the registration fee of $125.00 will be refunded.
Liquidation Damages: Students withdrawing before July 1 must pay $500 in liquidation damages. Students withdrawing July 1 or after must pay $1,000 in liquidation damages. During the school year, a written 30 days notice for withdrawal from PCCS must be provided. If a written 30 day notice is not received then the family will pay 30 days of tuition in lieu of the notice.
