Dear Parents,
It has been brought to the schools attention by the Arizona Department of Health that we have two new vaccination requirements. The new vaccinations are for students eleven years and older. The new vaccinations are the (Tdap) Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis and the (MV) Meningococcal Vaccine. These vaccinations need to be completed no later than November 1, 2008. If you haven’t already, you will also need to complete the Varicella/Varivax (chicken pox) vaccination(s) at this time. If you have any questions at all please feel free to call me at (928)474-8050.
