Dear Parents,

This month we are learning three new letters, letter S with the help of Sammy Seal, letter T with the help of Timmy Tiger, and letter U with the help of Uppity Umbrella Bird. We will also be discovering the world around us by learning about pond life and sea life and all the different kinds of animals that live within.

In Bible we are continuing to learn about the life of Jesus Christ when he was on earth and the miracles he performed. Our memory verses are 1 Timothy 1:15 “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners.” John 14:6 “Jesus said ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life.” And Proverbs 20:11 “Even a child is known by his doings.”

In numbers we are learning to count to 30 and our new numbers are 13 & 14 and we are still working with patterns and mixing up numbers and learning how to put them in the correct order.

Progress reports for the 3^rd quarter of the year will go out on Wednesday, March 2^nd. Please review your child’s report, sign and return back to school. If you have any questions about the report or would like to have a conference with me, I am setting up times this Wed-Fri from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Please see me if you would like to schedule a time.
