All of our students participate in community ministry projects throughout the year. We want to provide opportunities for our students to develop Godly character and a spirit of ministry. We are also committed to continually finding new ways to directly impact individuals within our local community in a positive way. We believe that students should be enabled to serve Christ by having opportunities to serve others in very real and practical ways. These projects allow our students to not only provide a valuable service to Payson residents, but also realize the intrinsic value of providing for others’ needs as well as experience the joy of a job well done.

Ministry projects are separated into four different categories; Community, Church, School, and Individual. Students are asked to participate in one project each 9 weeks, completing one project in each of the four categories every year.

We receive projects weekly from Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest, Gila Aging Services, as well as many local churches.  Students can choose from a variety of services needed.  These are posted on the wall outside the Development Department office as well as listed below on the "Ministry Project Bulletin Board".  If you have any questions please feel free to call Keven at any time (595-2095).
